We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail or in-store within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Returned items must be in their original, saleable condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  • Items shipped from authorized partners are to be returned to Teams FL location.

Exceptions
